With over 25 years in the fashion industry, I have worked with an array of brands ranging from high-end small boutiques to larger blue-chip retail giants.
During this time, I have developed a strong network within the industry. I am particularly passionate about delivering robust brand strategies and business plans to maximise growth and protect profit and margin, I have done this whilst maintaining a motivated and well-developed team.
Holistic Wellbeing
I discovered the world of well-being while on a career break having my son and wish I had known earlier in my career how important this was for mind, body and soul.
Now I am setting out to help others who are in a similar position, facing burnout or who just want to take the next steps on their wellness journey. My specialist subject is gut health and how this affects every aspect of your being.

Each individual is on a different journey and has specific needs, therefore I tailor and craft my advice and plans to you, depending on your goals and desires.
